There is no age limit, however Hearthstone is considered a senior’s community. Average age of our owners is currently 87, and we cater to older adults through the services offered in the Hearthstone Club’s Basic Service Package (BSP).
Currently Hearthstone has 4 doctors on a visiting rotation schedule who will see their patients in the Club’s Wellness Centre. The Wellness Centre is available exclusively to all members of the Club.We have a pharmacy and certified RPN’s on site 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies, 365 days a year, and an array of other health and wellness services and service providers such as a mobile dental hygienist, physiotherapist, massage therapist, hair stylists and aesthetician to name a few. Hearthstone also employs Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who can provide personal services in a care plan customized just for your needs.

No. Hearthstone is a community of purchased condominiums. No rentals or subletting is permitted.
Condo ownership automatically enrolls you in the Hearthstone Club via the Basic Service Package or BSP. Club membership is mandatory and gives members access to: 24-hour emergency response, a meal credit in our Club restaurant, weekly shuttles to local malls and shopping centres, one hour of housekeeping each month, and access to a variety of fitness and social programs as well as all Clubhouse amenity space, including the historic Pig & Whistle.
Of course! You own your own condo, you can have your friends and family over anytime you wish! There is no cost for overnight guest parking.
Just like any other condo, owners are required to set up Burlington Hydro accounts, and if you choose, the services of Cogeco Cable or Bell for TV/Phone/Internet. Cogeco subscribers can take advantage of “Hearthstone TV” or in-house information channel found on channel #398. Complementary Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and Club house areas for owners and their guests.
The historic Pig and Whistle building is owned by Hearthstone by the Lake. It is used as a recreation hall for large events such as meetings, entertainment, exercises and Hearthstone residents can rent it for private functions.
